Billing & Trials

FiveOps billing is managed per community.

Trial

New communities start with a trial subscription. During the trial, operational dashboard pages and server integrations remain active.

Before the trial ends, choose monthly billing or lifetime access from Settings.

Plans

FiveOps has two full-access options:

• AUD $15 per month
• AUD $99 once for lifetime access to that community

Both plans include the same dashboard modules, connector workflows, Discord tools, support, and updates.

Active Subscription

FiveOps treats these subscription states as active:

• trialing
• active

When the subscription is not active, operational pages send owners back to Settings and server integrations pause until billing is fixed.

Stripe Billing

FiveOps uses Stripe Checkout and the Stripe billing portal.

From Settings, owners can:

• Start monthly or lifetime Checkout.
• Open the Stripe billing portal for existing customers.

The billing portal is where you can update:

• Subscription status
• Trial end time
• Current period end
• Billing email
