FiveOps includes dashboard search and notification surfaces for faster operations.

Search

Search helps staff find important community areas quickly, including:

  • Tickets
  • Staff
  • Whitelist
  • Players
  • Resources
  • Inventory
  • Backups
  • Economy
  • Security
  • Settings
  • Support

Search should be used when staff know what they need but not exactly which tab contains it.

Notifications

Notifications alert staff about active work, including:

  • FiveOps support replies
  • Customer support messages
  • Operational alerts
  • Ticket activity

When a support reply notification appears, staff can click it to open the Support tab.

Sidebar Badges

The Support item in the sidebar can show unread support replies. This lets staff see support activity without opening the Support tab first.
