FiveOps supports internal tickets and Discord ticket-channel sync.

Ticket Categories

Ticket categories include:

  • Ticket
  • Report
  • Ban appeal
  • Bug
  • Suggestion

Priority

Priorities include:

  • Low
  • Normal
  • High
  • Urgent

Status

Ticket statuses include:

  • Open
  • In progress
  • Resolved
  • Closed

Internal Tickets

Staff can create and update tickets inside FiveOps. Ticket updates record messages and status changes.

Discord Ticket Channels

FiveOps can scan linked Discord servers for active ticket channels and threads. Staff can open those ticket channels from FiveOps and reply back through Discord.

Best Practices

  • Keep urgent cases assigned.
  • Resolve when work is done.
  • Close after the case no longer needs active attention.
  • Use notes and status changes so the next staff member has context.
