Staff access controls who can work inside a community.
Built-In Roles
FiveOps supports these role levels:
- Owner
- Admin
- Moderator
- Support
Owners always have full access.

Adding Staff
Add a staff member by:
- Discord ID
- Linked user profile
Adding by Discord ID is useful before the person has logged into FiveOps.
Discord ID Matching
When the person logs in with Discord, FiveOps links the staff row to their profile if the Discord ID matches.
If someone can see a community unexpectedly, check whether their Discord ID exists in the Staff tab.
