FiveOps Documentation

FiveOps is an operations dashboard for FiveM roleplay communities. It brings staff management, whitelist review, player records, tickets, Discord ticket sync, FiveM resource telemetry, security scans, inventory optimisation, backups, economy monitoring, and customer support into one workspace.
Start Here
If you are setting up FiveOps for a community:
- Create or log in with Discord.
- Create a community.
- Add a payment method before the trial ends.
- Create a connector token in Settings.
- Install the FiveM connector resource.
- Install the Windows backup agent for backups, security scans, and inventory optimisation.
- Invite the official FiveOps Discord bot if you want Discord ticket and member sync.
Core Concepts
- Community: A tenant/workspace for one FiveM community.
- Staff member: A Discord/user identity with access to one community.
- Connector token: A secret token used by the FiveM connector and Windows agent to report into FiveOps.
- FiveM connector: The
fiveops_connectorresource that runs inside FXServer. - Windows backup agent: A Windows background task used for backups, Lua scans, inventory scans, and database dumps.
- Official Discord bot: The FiveOps-owned bot customers invite to their Discord servers.
