Support

FiveOps includes a support area where your community can contact FiveOps from inside the dashboard.

Open A Case

Open cases from:

Dashboard -> Support

You can:

  • Open support cases.
  • Send messages.
  • See support replies.
  • View resolved/closed case history.

Resolved or closed cases move to history and cannot be reopened. If you need more help later, open a new case.

Notifications

Support replies can create notifications and sidebar unread counts.

Clicking a support notification opens the relevant Support tab.

Case History

Case history keeps previous conversations available for reference.

Use it to review earlier setup help, troubleshooting steps, and resolved questions.
