Discord Tickets & Member Sync

FiveOps can sync Discord members and ticket-like Discord channels.

Discord Member Sync

Use:

Dashboard -> Players -> Sync Discord members

This imports members from linked Discord guilds into FiveOps.

The official Discord bot requires Server Members Intent.

Ticket Channel Sync

Use:

Dashboard -> Tickets -> Scan Discord tickets

FiveOps looks for active ticket-like channels and threads.

Detected ticket keywords include:

• ticket
• support
• appeal
• report
• bug
• claim
• modmail
• help
• case
• complaint

Closed, archived, resolved, log, and transcript channels are ignored from active ticket lists.

Reply Modes

FiveOps can send replies back to Discord ticket channels.

Depending on permissions and configuration, replies can appear as:

• Official bot
• Staff Discord display name/avatar through webhook
• Private FiveOps staff identity

Manage Webhooks is required for webhook-style replies.

Separate Ticket Discords

You can link more than one Discord server to the same FiveOps community. This supports communities that use a separate Discord for tickets.
